The kids had a hard time finding the elves today. Anthony finally found them hiding out in the bathtub with a gingerbread house. They thought it was so funny that they were in the bathtub.
Our Elf on the Shelf, George has been causing mischief in our home since 2012. His friend, Elsa Sparkle joined our family in 2014. They have become a family tradition in the Lampert house and the kids look forward to their shenanigans every year.

Jumping With Joy
12/17/18
Last night, Kalleigh changed the word 'On' to say, 'No' on the sign. She was happy to see that the elves didn't change it. The kids think that George and Elsa Sparkle are happy that the tree is finally decorated. They brought them a little gift so that they could write letters to Santa Claus.

Pariently Waiting
12/16/18
Anthony walked down the stairs this morning and thought the elves were boring. We must agree with him. They were just hanging out with a sign to remind us that there are only 9 days left until Christmas. We figured they must still be on strike since the tree isn’t decorated yet.

They mean business!
12/15/18
Well, I guess those elves mean business. They didn’t move today. We better get working on decorating the tree. 😳

Upset Elves
12/14/18
Well, it looks like the elves are on strike. My husband, Craig sent me this picture of them. Apparently, they are on strike. Kalleigh and I are in the Bahamas for her gymnastics meet. She thinks they must be upset that the tree isn’t decorated yet.

You’ll Need These
12/13/18
When Kalleigh went downstairs this morning she found the elves hanging out by the tree with a sign wishing her good luck. They also left her a pair of flip flops. Kalleigh was so happy because when we were packing last night, she realized that she didn’t have any flip flops that fit her. Now, we’re off to the Bahamas for the 2018 Atlantis Crown Invitatiinal.

Don’t Forget Us
12/12/18
The kids found the elves doing splits in the Christmas tree. They also brought a new sign that says, “Santa Please Stop Here”. We think the elves might be a little worried that Santa won’t stop if our tree isn’t decorated. 😬
