11/27/14
When we walked in from Long Island we found George waiting for us! The kids were so excited to see him.
11/29/14
Our elf, George was so thoughtful. The boys have a Christmas tree in their room and when they were setting it up, George must have heard Kalleigh say that she wants a tree in her room. Kalleigh was so excited when she woke up and saw this in her room. She came running into my room yelling, "I have a tree. I have a tree!"
11/30/14
George likes Kalleigh's room. He was just hanging out in there again. Kalleigh woke up and found him hanging from her chandelier!
12/1/14
It was nice to see that George was behaving. We wondered how long it would last. On this day, he was so thoughtful and surprised the kids with an Advent calendar to help them count down the days until Christmas.
12/2/14
Our silly elf put his very own stocking on our fireplace! The kids thought it was funny that there was a big 'G' on the stocking! That George is always so subtle.
12/3/14
This must have taken George all night to do! The kids thought it was so cool. Kalleigh kept yelling (in her cute 3-year-old voice), "George made a train!"
12/4/14
Poor George! It doesn't look like his flight went so well! His helicopter was stuck in the tree and he was tangled in lights. At least he looked cute in his aviator jacket and glasses.
12/5/14
I wasn't sure why George would put 5 Christmas trees in our living room. He's so silly! This thing was 12 feet long! Maybe he was just being nice and wanted to bring us a new inflatable for outside? I don't know, but he looks pretty proud of himself!
12/6/14
According to Olaf "This just got a little more complicated!" (That's a quote from the movie for all you non-Frozen fans.) But, George looked like a very happy snowman. However, Mom wasn't happy that he left snow all over the counter.
12/7/14
It looks like George had some fun with crepe paper streamers. He turned the coffee table into a Christmas tree! That must have taken him forever to make. I don't know where he finds the time. He's also looking pretty dapper in his new Christmas sweater.
12/8/14
George wanted to remind the kids that Jesus is the reason for the season. They noticed right away that the 'ornament' was way too big for the tree.
12/9/14
Oh boy! Or should I say oh GIRL? The kids came downstairs to find the tree all decorated with pink garland and banners announcing, "It's a girl!" They were ecstatic when they saw that George brought them a girl elf. Now he has a partner in crime. Kalleigh wanted to name her Elsa and Anthony said her middle name should be Sparkle. So... let me introduce you to... Elsa Sparkle.
12/10/14
George and Elsa Sparkle were just hanging out on the candy cane swing. We wondered what kind of other shenanigans they were planning while just sitting there!
12/11/14
I thought our elves were thoughtful and got us a new table for our anniversary. Nope! They were just silly. They wrapped up my old table. I guess they were practicing their wrapping skills and getting ready for Christmas!
12/12/14
Oh no! It looked like Buzz and Woody were feeling a little jealous that George has a new friend. They tied them up pretty good with garland and put tape over their mouths.
12/13/14
Kalleigh touched the elves so they lost their magic. I read online that cinnamon is vitamins for the elves. It said if you sprinkle the cinnamon on the elves, they will regain their strength and get their magic back. We tried it but they didn't move so we sprinkled more on them and hoped that helped. We were happy that they were still smiling.
12/14/15
It looked like George and Elsa Sparkle were feeling better and were ready to party. We were having a small family party for the kids' birthdays and our elves were kind enough to decorate for us. They even changed the garland on the Christmas tree to go along with the Frozen theme.
12/15/14
I was glad to see that Buzz and Woody were getting along better with the elves. They were playing their version of a potato sack race and Elsa Sparkle was in the lead! Girl power!
12/16/14
Our elves put all of the boys in Kalleigh's tutus. The kids thought Batman looked really funny. As you can see, George was laughing in the corner. Apparently, he thought he was hilarious. We're not sure how he got out of wearing a tutu.
12/17/14
George and Elsa Sparkle were enjoying a royal meal with the Disney princesses.
12/18/14
Uh oh! Looks like someone better clean their room!
12/19/14 - George and Elsa Sparkle were hanging out in the tree. They made a cute little miniature paper chain to help them countdown to Christmas. They were also holding little signs reminding them that there aren't many days left until Christmas so they better get moving on cleaning their bedroom.
12/20/14
George and Elsa Sparkle were tangled in a set of lights that were hanging out of the door to the pull-down attic stairs. They were also nice enough to bring a little present from the North Pole since Santa was happy that they cleaned their rooms.
12/21/14
Elsa Sparkle was feeling left out when she realized that George had a stocking on our mantle and she didn't. Problem solved. She added one for herself and made sure everyone would know it was hers! Our mantle is now complete!
12/22/14
George and Elsa Sparkle were keeping warm with their new hat and scarf while having some fun in the snow on their candy cane sleds.
12/23/14
George and Elsa Sparkle were hanging out in the kids' bathroom and being a little silly with some rolls of toilet paper. Apparently, they wanted to be snowmen.
12/24/14
I think George and Elsa Sparkle have lost their minds. There was garland and Christmas ornaments hanging all over the place in the hallway outside of the bedrooms. I guess they wanted to be a little silly before they go back to the North Pole!
12/25/14
Merry Christmas everyone! George and Elsa Sparkle have officially left the Lampert home, but not before leaving a note and doing one last shenanigan. When they woke up, the kids loved that they had to bust through the paper to get out their room.
12/26/14
George and Elsa Sparkle arrived at Walt Disney World. They wanted everyone to know that they were having a blast!
